THE START-UP GUIDE

Booking statuses make it easier to separate active work from finished or cancelled rentals.

Upcoming

Upcoming bookings are rentals that still require action. Use this view to prepare garments, confirm delivery details and monitor closely scheduled returns.

Completed

Move a booking to completed when the rental process is finished and the item has been returned or otherwise fully resolved according to your workflow.

Cancelled

Use cancelled when a booking will no longer proceed. Check your availability after cancellation to make sure dates are released as expected.

No-Show

No-show is useful where a customer does not attend an appointment or collect a booking as arranged, depending on the workflow you are tracking.

Why statuses matter

Keeping them accurate gives you a cleaner dashboard and makes it easier to identify what requires attention each day.

Tip: Do not mark overdue or unresolved rentals as completed simply to remove them from the upcoming view. The status should reflect what has actually happened.
